strictly non-refundable.
All payments made to EpicVINReport are considered final and will not be returned.

delivery of a report will be automatically declined.

Disputes and Chargebacks: In the event of any dispute or chargeback related

Exceptional Cases for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The delivered report was blank and contained no data.
- You were mistakenly charged twice for the same report.
Invalid Reasons for a Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Perceived errors in the report (all data is provided "as is" from third-party sources).
- Incomplete reports (the availability of certain vehicle data may vary and is not
guaranteed).
- Delayed report delivery (any delay in generating or delivering the report).
- A change of mind or general dissatisfaction with the report.
How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
