Exceptional Cases for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The delivered report was blank and contained no data.
  • You were mistakenly charged twice for the same report.

Invalid Reasons for a Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Perceived errors in the report (all data is provided "as is" from third-party sources).
  • Incomplete reports (the availability of certain vehicle data may vary and is not guaranteed).
  • Delayed report delivery (any delay in generating or delivering the report).
  • A change of mind or general dissatisfaction with the report.

How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
