EpicVINReport provides digital vehicle history reports sourced from verified third-party data providers. Our goal is to ensure that the information is accurate and current at the time of your request. However, since the data originates from multiple external databases, CarCheck cannot guarantee that every record is complete, error-free, or covers all events related to the vehicle.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use EpicVINReport’s services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order or using our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order details and preventing unauthorized access.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are securely processed through Paddle, the authorized reseller and payment processor for CarCheck. Your receipt and transaction confirmation will list CarCheck as the merchant of record.
EpicVINReport operates on a one-time purchase model; there are no recurring subscriptions or hidden charges.
Vehicle history reports are typically delivered via email within 2 to 6 hours after successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12 hours depending on data availability or system load.
If a delay occurs beyond the normal delivery timeframe, our support team will notify you via email.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if one of the following applies:
- The report was not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe.
- A technical issue prevented you from accessing the report.
- An accidental duplicate payment was made for the same order.
Refunds will be reviewed within 10 business days of request and, if approved, processed through Paddle to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

CarCheck and EpicVINReport shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or services. All reports are provided “as is,” based on the data available at the time of request.
